Tell us what the door is doing - gap at one corner, grinding sound, door stopped mid-travel - and whether it's a single or double door. That, plus roughly how old the house is, tells us most of what we need before the truck leaves Saginaw. Bridgeport is a short run for us, and an off-track door is not something to leave sitting; a panel hanging on one track can drop the rest of the way with no warning, especially under spring tension.
Do not try to force the door up or down yourself once it's off-track. If the opener is still engaged, unplug it first so the motor doesn't keep pulling against a door that isn't riding true.
